Chris Mueller, ASLA, PLA is a Senior Project Manager with nearly 30 years of experience in landscape architecture, park planning, and capital project delivery. With experience on both the consultant and owner sides, he brings a well-rounded perspective to guiding complex public projects from concept through construction.
Chris has led multidisciplinary teams on a variety of civic and environmental projects, including parks, trails, public spaces, and ecological restoration initiatives. His expertise includes capital program management, contract administration, and oversight of permitting, procurement, and construction. He understands the priorities of project owners, balancing funding requirements, stakeholder needs, and long-term operations.
Known for his collaborative approach, Chris delivers community-focused solutions that combine design quality with practical implementation. His work emphasizes accessibility, sustainability, and resilient stormwater strategies while supporting long-term maintenance and safety goals.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Michigan State University and is a licensed Professional Landscape Architect and active member of ASLA.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys drumming, attending concerts, mountain biking, snowboarding, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his family.
