Heather started at Spalding DeDecker as an engineering intern performing residential plot plan reviews and final grade inspections. Since then, she has worked her way through the construction engineering department and has become an integral part of our team’s successful management of projects including road and parking lot paving, sidewalk installation, water main, storm sewer, sanitary sewer installation, as well as creek rehabilitation.
Ms. Gendron earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, along with an Entrepreneurial Certificate from Lawrence Technological University. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in Michigan and trains our new construction staff utilizing her vast construction engineering expertise.
In her free time, she enjoys trying simple DIY’s and trying new cooking recipes. Ask her about cowboy stew or her fall sangria! She is an avid book reader and loves to travel with her friends.
