Phil Strunk, PE is a Senior Project Manager and a licensed Professional Engineer in Ml, NC, and PA. He has over 27 years of experience within the civil engineering industry as a consultant, contractor and owner representative. He has worked in three states designing and managing various municipal, private site development, institutional/governmental site development, and wastewater-related projects during his career. Phil also worked as the Director of Engineering for a Regional Non-profit development corporation in Pittsburgh, PA which gives him a unique perspective relating to clients.
Phil holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University. He has worked closely with architects, clients, and contractors throughout the design, permitting, contract administration, construction, and project close-out phases of the projects. Phil specializes with municipal projects including, water and wastewater, road rehabilitation, sidewalk replacement and sidewalk gap closures. He enjoys managing projects from design through construction.
In his free time, Phil is busy raising three children and enjoys supporting the school and sports activities. He also is active in his local church and enjoys cooking meat on his pellet smoker while watching local sports with friends and family. He hopes to pick back up playing men’s softball if time and his body will allow.
