Civil CAD Designer

SIGNING BONUS AND RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE. Spalding DeDecker is seeking a CAD Designer to join our Land Development team and contribute to the design and documentation of civil land development projects. In this position, the CAD Designer will produce detailed civil site design plans and support project teams throughout all phases of design and construction. This position reports directly to the Project Engineer or Senior Designer.

Candidates should be energetic, self-directed professionals with experience in civil site design and a strong ability to solve engineering challenges in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to building relationships while delivering high-quality design and technical documentation for land development projects.
