Spalding DeDecker is seeking Project Engineers/Senior Designers to join our Rochester Hills office as part of our Land Development Department. In this position, the Project Engineer/Senior Designer leads the technical design for an interdisciplinary team of civil engineers, project planners, and CAD designers. This position reports directly to the Director of the Land Development Department. Candidates should be engineers or designers with a high technical competency with specific experience working on land development projects that will include sustainable design, utility design, grading plans, and stormwater management design. The ideal candidate is experienced with the unique requirements of design and permitting for development projects.
