Spalding DeDecker (SD) is responsible for inspection services along Bacon Avenue, from 11 Mile Road to 12 Mile Road. The work includes replacing the existing water main, HMA reconstruction, new curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveway approaches where needed, and improvements to Oxford Park landscaping, seating, and parking.
