Restoration of lawns throughout the subdivision will take place depending on the hot temperatures predicted next week.

1.) Milling of the asphalt surface in Phase 2.
2.) Pave asphalt in Phase 2.
3.) Open lanes to traffic.
Adams Rd Pathway -
1.) Replace the culvert at Tienken Road.
2.) Begin removing select curb and gutter at sidewalk ramps.

North Brooklands Subdivision -
1.) Begin restoration of lawns throughout the subdivision mid-week.
2.) Perform repairs of deficient items.
Market Place Circle -
1.) Pour concrete for curb and gutter repairs in Phase 2 construction area.
2.) The asphalt surface will be milled in Phase 2 at the end of the week, dependent on the strength of the new concrete.
3.) Pave asphalt in Phase 2 at the end of the week, dependent on the strength of the new concrete.
4.) Begin lawn restoration at the curb and gutter repair areas.
Adams Rd Pathway - The anticipated start date is mid-June.

North Brooklands Subdivision -
1.) Complete asphalt paving. Signs will be placed at the each entrance of the paving area on paving days.
2.) Complete the paving of asphalt spillways for drainage throughout the subdivision.
Market Place Circle -
1.) Milling of the asphalt surface in Phase 1 begins Monday.
2.) Pave asphalt in Phase 1 construction area.
3.) Switch traffic to Phase 2 construction detour mid week.
4.) Begin removal and replacement of the damaged concrete curb and gutter within the Phase 2 construction area.
Adams Rd Pathway - The anticipated start date is mid-June.

No work will be performed on Memorial Day.
North Brooklands Subdivision -
1.) Asphalt paving continues. Signs will be placed at each entrance of the paving area on paving days.
2.) Paving asphalt spillways for drainage throughout the subdivision.
Market Place Circle -
1.) The construction detour for Phase 1 is in place.
2.) Crews will complete the removal and replacement of the damaged concrete curb and gutter within the Phase 1 construction area.
3.) Milling of the asphalt surface begins at the end of the week or early the following week.

North Brooklands Subdivision -
1.) Crews will continue pavement crack repairs throughout the subdivision.
2.) Asphalt paving continues. Signs will be placed at each entrance of the paving area on paving days.
Market Place Circle -
1.) Construction detour for Phase 1 is in place.
2.) Crews will continue removing and replacing the damaged curb within the Phase 1 construction area.

During the week of May 13th:
North Brooklands Subdivision - Crews will complete the milling of 1-1/2" of existing asphalt off of the pavement surface. Pavement crack repairs will continue throughout the subdivision. Paving begins mid-week. Signs will be placed at each entrance of the subdivision on paving days.
Market Place Circle - Detour signing will be installed on Monday for Phase 1. Crews will begin sawcutting and removing the damaged curb in the Phase 1 construction area.
Adams Rd Pathway - No work.

North Brooklands Subdivision - During the week of May 6th, crews will be milling 1-1/2" of existing asphalt off of the pavement surface. The operation is scheduled to start on Hessel Ave, located in the southeast corner of the subdivsion, and progress north and west. Pavement crack repairs will also begin this week following the pavement milling operation.
Market Place Circle - No work. The tentative start date is May 13th.
Adams Rd Pathway - No work.
