Joshua Mailloux, PE, brings over a decade of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects across the Midwest. As a Senior Project Manager at Spalding DeDecker, he leads with a focus on safety, efficiency, and collaboration, specializing in complex bridge replacements, design-build projects, and modernization efforts under tight timelines.
Joshua’s background includes managing a portion of the Gordie Howe International Bridge project and contributing to multiple Public-Private Partnership (P3) and design-build initiatives. His deep understanding of MDOT and Local Agency specifications, combined with his strong communication skills and technical proficiency, makes him a trusted leader in transportation infrastructure.
Joshua holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Windsor and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Michigan.
