Ms. Bond brings more than 26 years of expertise, and she is recognized for her extensive expertise in land development, entitlement, and site planning, with a proven track record of managing projects from 2 to 200 acres. Kate holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Ball State University, a Master of Landscape Architecture with a concentration in Natural Resources and Wetland Science, and a Master of Urban Planning with a concentration in Land Use Planning from the University of Michigan.
Kate’s distinguished career includes roles where she demonstrated exceptional project delivery, stakeholder communication, and regulatory compliance. Her achievements include the American Society of Landscape Architects National Merit Award.
