Project Manager | Municipal Engineering

Mark has advanced skills in designing public and private roads, storm and sanitary sewers, water mains, site grading, soil erosion control measures, detention/retention/sedimentation basins, and underground detention systems. He has designed and managed large scale residential and commercial projects, including subdivisions and condominiums, office/industrial, schools and hospitals. He is outstanding at corresponding with clients, general contractors and government agencies to achieve project goals, approvals, and timely completion.  Marks’ claim to fame is he was the Civil Engineer for the very first roundabout in Oakland County, the Tienken Road, Washington Road and Runyon Road roundabout.

Mr. Collins is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Michigan and several other states, a LEED Accredited Professional, as well as NCEES certified.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University. Mark has a diverse background in civil engineering,  he will be managing teams of designers, engineering design, and entitlement for private land development and municipal improvement projects, and plan review and approvals.

In his free time, Mark enjoys mountain biking, kayaking, gardening, and spending time with his wife and three grown children.
