Ms. Reynolds has over 25 years in the game of Public Engineering mastering the design of accessible pedestrian facilities, park improvements, and public utilities including water main, sanitary sewers, and storm drainage facilities. She leads client and resident communication on diverse public improvement design projects and private development plan reviews. Ms. Reynolds’ passion for accessibility to public amenities leads her design approach for many sidewalk, pathway, and park projects. She has managed numerous public contracts for local, state, and federal construction projects and currently coordinates staff training and workloads throughout our Public Engineering Team.
