Restoration is in progress. Although topsoil and seeding have been completed for the majority of the streets, it has not been accepted. We understand much grass growth still needs to be established. We are diligently working with the contractor to much improve the lawn restoration during this fall growing season. Ongoing maintenance is being performed for topsoil and seed that is washed away due to heavy downpours. Please see an updated construction schedule below.
