Oakland County Roofing Program

SD provided a Roof Assessment to determine the type of and existing condition of the existing roof areas. The Assessment included roofing, flashings, details, penetration, and roof condition analysis. A core cut was necessary to determine the existing roof assembly, insulation, and deck that exist. As a result, we prepared a report for each building detailing our findings, along with recommendations and costs for modifications. We worked with Oakland County Facilities Management to implement a planning tool for future roofing improvements.
