Roof and Pavement Assessment | Hampton on the Green

Spalding DeDecker provided a Roof and Pavement Assessment and evaluation to determine the existing condition of the roofs on the 22 Buildings known as the Hampton on the Green Condominiums. SD provided an assessment that included roofing, flashings, details, penetrations, ventilation, roof condition analysis, emergency roof repairs, and pavement assessment. SD also met with the Roof Maintenance Repair Contractor to review the buildings and necessary repairs in detail and coordinating with the contractor.

As a result, we prepared a report for each building detailing our findings, along with recommendations and costs for modifications. We worked with Hampton on the Green to implement a planning tool for future roofing and pavement improvements
