SD was granted a blanket contract to provide project management and job site observation for four (4) schools in the Farmington Public School District. The scope of work includes roofing on North Farmington High School, Kenbrook Elementary School, Beechview Elementary School, and Warner Middle School.

SD provided a Roof Assessment to determine the type of and existing condition of the existing roof areas. The Assessment included roofing, flashings, details, penetration, and roof condition analysis. A core cut was necessary to determine the existing roof assembly, insulation, and deck that exists. As a result, we prepared a report for each building detailing our findings, along with recommendations and costs for modifications. We worked with Farmington Public Schools to implement a planning tool for future roofing improvements
