Woodland Mall Expansion
Spalding DeDecker (SD) was the Civil Engineering and Surveying consultant on the project, which included construction of a new plaza at the mall with three new buildings. There were two new restaurants, On The Border and Red Robin, as well as a new multiplex theatre. SD’s responsibilities included:
- Topographic survey
- Engineering plan preparation and permit acquisition
- Easement document preparation
- Site plan preparation and public meeting representation
- Utility design
